About Us
At Estes-Manning Management Group, we believe successful property management is built on strong partnerships, exceptional service, and unwavering integrity. Established as a true third-party management firm, we specialize in the management of multifamily communities, condominium associations, and homeowners associations throughout the Southeast.
As the real estate industry has evolved, so has our approach. While we continue to provide comprehensive third-party management services, we have expanded our focus to include joint venture opportunities that allow us to become true partners in the success of the properties we manage. We are invested in our clients' goals and committed to maximizing the long-term value of every asset entrusted to us.
Although Estes-Manning Management Group was founded in 2018, our leadership brings decades of proven industry experience. Brian Estes founded The Estes Group, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm, in 2006. Brandi Manning spent years managing multifamily communities across the Southeast before launching a successful property management consulting firm in 2017. After years of collaborating on projects, Brian and Brandi combined their expertise to establish Estes-Manning Management Group as a sister company to their successful brokerage and consulting businesses.
Today, our leadership team offers more than 50 years of combined experience in multifamily housing, community association management, property operations, asset management, leasing, marketing, acquisitions, and investment strategy. This depth of experience allows us to provide practical solutions, proactive leadership, and measurable results for owners, investors, developers, and association boards.
Our reputation is built on ethical business practices, complete transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right for our clients. We believe that trust is earned through honest communication, financial accountability, and consistent performance. Every decision we make is guided by our core values of integrity, professionalism, and service.
Whether managing a single community or an extensive portfolio, our mission remains the same: to protect our clients' investments, enhance property performance, and create thriving communities where residents are proud to live.
At Estes-Manning Management Group, we don't simply manage properties—we build lasting partnerships that deliver value, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for long-term success.
